My telly which I've happily using for the last 18 months this week decided to remove all its apps, Netflix etc.
The only way to restore them was to create a Samsung account. Any ideas why. A friend with a similar one hasn't had it happen.
I did change router prior to this happening but that was literally swapping an ethernet cable so I can't see why that would prompt it.
