When the 991.2RS was launched, I recall that there was a fair amount of good press for the later tires. I believe that the improved Michelins will fit on the 991.1.
Has anyone had the experience of upgrading the tires?..would be grateful for any feedback. Spring is coming, and time to think about new rubber....

The .2 had N2s which are gripper than N1's in dry/ warm conditions. The trade-off being less grip in cold/ damp - especially below 7 deg C.

I can concur that the Tyres in cold temps are absolutely RUBBISH.

Some came with Dunlop tyres (mine) which are pretty good and long lasting.

I see Goodyear are launching an Eagle F1 Supersport R and Supersport RS in sizes to fit 991 GT3RS and GT2RS.

Not sure which market but I saw that Goodyear were testing GT3RS and GT2RS at the Ascari circuit. The GT3RS had Supersport R stickers down their flanks, the GT2RS had Supersport RS stickers.
