Autocar trackday / Caterham 10th June

Just booked up for this - anyone else going, or been to an Autocar day before?

Not doing that 1 but 1 have 3 booked for this year,went on the Noble 1 last year was very good well looked after well organised and the others drivers were sensible and not lunatics,could well be different this year though

This is a MSV day, so they'll run it in house with the Autocar magazine present. A bit like the old On Track days with Evo. I think the one your talking about is at the Bedford Autodrome, this is good because normally you're limited to days at Bedford because only a couple of clubs are aloud to run there (ET and RMA). And by looking at the calendar there’s another 6 days at Bedford and 4 days at Brands on the Indy.

I've been on several Autocar days before - always well run, friendly and enjoyable. Having some decent food before & after is a nice and worthwhile touch; and as mentioned the standard of driving is a lot higher than "some other" trackdays I've been to. Should be a good one.

im coming with a couple of mates.

These evenings are really good value even at £175 because there are never more than 30 cars there. At Bedford, even on a shorter circuit, its just like having the place to yourself.

Definately doing one in Aug/Sept too.

Good Day, some great driving (and even better spins!)

Enjoyed it.

Shame there wasnt more 'driving time' in the Superlights... but we did express this thought to their chap, who agreed!
