Sky - sound but no pic

Can't seem to get a picture with Sky currently, just the sound for each channel.

Is our box buggered or is this something temporary?

Scart cable come out? i.e. partially seated?

Done reboot?

I get this occasionally, each time I have to turn the box off, disconnect the main aerial, reconnect it and turn it back on - it then works.
Don't know why this is but it may be worth a try to see if its the same problem

Exactly what everyone else says - check he SCART, re-fit the aerial and switch it off and back on again.... usually fixes pretty much all problems. But then again, I have had the occassional complete loss..... only to re-appear later...

Oh, and try remove and re-insert your card.... dont ask me why....!!!

Yeah, that's been going round a lot. I went with my Dad to watch the West Ham match in a pub, and we were looking for ages because they all had the same problem. We found one eventually, but we missed half the match.

I'm certain it isn't just you, but I hope it's fixed soon.

Alternatively, unlpug the box from the wall for 5 mins Ted, and check the scart cables.

Can't be bothered to read the whole thread.... did anyone mention checking the SCART lead and turning off the box for a bit?
