986 - springs and dampers?

Howdy. Long time lurker/rare poster.

I have a 986 550 Spider, just short of 100k miles. The dampers are looking VERY sorry for themselves and need replacing soonish.

Being a 550, it comes with M030 kit and I'd kind of like to keep it looking stock (ie fractionally lowered). Front springs were replaced last year (one snapped) and I want to change the rears this year when I do the dampers. If I can avoid having to replace the front springs again, that would be nice, but not too fussed if I have too

I live on the edge of the Peak District and most of my driving is bumpy B-road rather than race track, so I'd value feel, fluency and keeping my eyeballs in place over outright corner speed/grip on billiard table smooth tarmac.

What would you suggest...?

Sticking with M030 parts would be simple. Heard good things about Koni FSDs but might not work so well with the M030 springs? What else...? (I'm not made of money, so no Ohlins!)

(For the record - coffin arms, tuning forks, front top mounts, front ARB links & bushes were replaced 3 years ago. Rear top mounts and ARB bits will get replaced as part of this job)
