Any guess is always going to be a bit finger in the wind with a new model, but I'd expect the 1st 2 years to be MASSIVE, and then theres the question of what your doing with it after year 2, it's going to be like trying to sell cold sick selling it privately, and even worse if you wait 3 years to shift it, it's a brave buyer that buys a used S6 TVR with no warrenty 
Non TVR dealers aren't going to want it, so bottom money from them, the best money is going to come from the TVR dealer you bought it from against payment on a new one 
But as far as numbers go I'd say percentage wise it's probably going to be about the same or slightly worse than a Tuscan

One thing to bare (is that the correct spelling) in mind is that during the first year of a new model residuals may well stay high as demand outstrips supply.
I know of a couple of people who order new models keep them for 6 to 9 months then sell them on with very little loss cos people are willing to pay slightly less than list price to jump the waiting list even if the car might not be exactly what they would spec.
'corse the down side is too many people try this and the market gets flooded with 'safely' spec'ed cars. Just look how many Red Bull Blue and silver T350's are out there.

yeah its a tough one - i bought my tuscan 2nd hand
for about 23K a year back - its original value was 43K back in 2000 so in that time depreciation is not too
bad - i have been offered 26 K for it as its mint.
if the sagaris depreciates that way its not such a big deal - i guess its down to do i want a sagaris that much as the tuscan is brill.
So any of you guys out there have moved from Tusc to Sagaris is it worth it ????

Up to 45K loss in 3 yrs? Not sure you mean that?
I would buy one for 8 k at 3 yrs old even with a S6 engine!

Where did you go to school? a £10K to £15K loss for two years leaves a value at about £30K which IMHO is slightly pessimistic but not as pessimistic as you suggetsing a £22K drop in year 3, lol.

TVR's take a panning from new, always have. The Sagaris is a little more challenging than most so I think there are more haters than lovers. Couple that with the fact that this challenging styling is by nature somewhat outrageous and will generally be specced in fairly outrageous colours (the orancio one, gorgeous I think, but not everyones taste) which will limit the market and influence price further.
So I think its going to be an even more 'lucky' market than usual with TVR, there may be a chance that a buyer will want exactly that and be able to part with a premium but the waits maybe long which will lead to prices slipping, perhaps more than usual percentage wise.
But hey, if it was about the money, we'd all drive 911's. Life is for living, if you want one, have one, worry about it later...

If that's the case I might seriously consider getting a used one. I don't think I could handle that much loss from a new one, not being a millionaire. Best wait another couple of years to see how it pans out and make a decision then methinks.
TVRs havent always taken a panning from new.
When they were cheaper they took a lowe loss (both in %s and hard cash).
It is the higher prices, newer engines, competition etc that have driven higher depreciation.
The 96 - 98 period saw TVR prices rock hard ie demand outstripped supply.
