Starting new job after Easter

Hello.

I am currently being paid weekly in a full time permanent job (as I understand it) I started mid last month and will be leaving on the last day before Easter.

My new start is Tuesday the 23rd.

I have no contract and will have worked 5 weeks by my last day.

I have three questions please:

1. Can I take any holiday without fear of claw back? I believe holiday is only owed for complete months, is it the same for taking them...can they deduct if I take a day of holiday? (No contract)

2. When should I best give my week notice so as to be able to start ok on the 23rd, bearing in mind Easter holidays?

3. With no contract am I ok to leave without notice in this first month of employment? I don't want to do this, I just need to know the full picture.
