It's a great track, great racing and open pits, it's a right laugh, and is an incredibly fast track. The breakfast baps are second to none
. A few of us may be heading up there on the Monday from just outside Reading, so we could convoy up.
Will look into the parking, cheers griff2be

Aren't you the guy I met in the Shell garage in Farnborough, who witnessed my hot start problem?
Yeah, I'm up for it, as long as you're kind to a motorsport virgin...

The very same one mate, yep. Is the hot start problem sorted?
Would be great if you came along, I popped my racing charry at Castle Combe, and it still remains my favourite track!
Saw your car at RG a while back too. What's the mod there doing to the Sagaris there??
May see you round and about this weekend
Cheers

Yup, new starter under warranty.
He was at RG having the new Sports Exhaust, the extra loud version, and some Nitrons. I'm getting the Nitrons adjusted tomorrow morning so I'll check out the Saggy Arse and report back!
Let me know about the drive from Reading. And I'll be doing a lot of
this weekend so I'll keep my eyes out for ya!

Pleasure. If you have any further infor perhaps you would post it up.
Had fun and games all weekend on the race car which is still a long way from being fit to race
Hopefully we'll be ready on time - but even then I suspect we're going to have to treat the first race as a test session and try to get the car sorted for the second race.
I will be at Thruxton on Sunday and will be at Castle Combe on Monday.
I normally park on the bank at Tower corner (although this was fenced off last time I went and a chopper landed there!)
I'll be there screaming at the Tiv(s) hoping Tim has a better start off the grid if he's there again - last time he was overtaken by the safety car and the ambulance before romping home after an amazing recovery!

I don't know which post I'll be marshalling yet, but don't forget to say hello if you see me

If its ok with you I'd prefer not to visit any marshal posts at Combe this year. I said hello to the chaps at Quarry in 2003, and whilst they were all very pleasant, I'd rather not repeat the experience

Ah, yes. If you're that side of the fence, I'd rather you stayed out there so I can enjoy the racing. Feel free to come say hello in between, just not during
