Went to Turweston Airfield yesterday. What a good facility it is. The cafe there is fabulous with commanding views of the airfield and a balcony for summer viewing. It has a good selection of food including scrummy cakes.

The runway was being used by a couple of racing teams one preparing for
Le Mans.

Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Shake down there yesterday morning with a classic Aston for Goodwood, Prodrive were there too, not much flying.
