Saw a thing about lethal injection, seems a bit sketchy and I am glad we dont have the death penalty in this country by and large.

Hanging seems a bit low tech, they down do firing squads except in wartime, the electric chair just seems a bit slow and not sure Seppuku would be popular.

So, if we had to bring back the death penalty due to another referendum, probably done on Facebook what new and exciting methods could we come up with for the quick despatch of a live human, come on, I know you can be creative and fun, the Facebook folk seem to want to go back to the middle ages and watch so may as well make it a spectacle.

Bit sick or has it got you thinking ?

Whilst a bit messy...decapitation with a swift blow from a sharp blade is probably fairly quick & painless

Beheading has to be the most reliable.

Especially these days - you could turn it into a machine - no big bloke with a sharp knife.

Big machine, put head in. Lops it off.

In that case lets just do impalement... bit more of a spectacle.

Inert gas is a "pain free" method apparently but not instant.

computer guided large calibre weapon aimed at the head, surely!
extremely messy, but utterly instant and pain free
should satisfy the ghouls as well....

A large forging drop hammer would do it quickly but might spray onlookers a bit.

If only someone had thought of that, over 200 years ago. Last used in 1977.

I'd go for bringing back an ancient method called 'the boats'

Depends on which method is used. And often it is totally not - see the Tyburn Jig...

Could we do it in groups?

As this is PH line up 5 people run them down with a Range Rover with full bull bars on the front?

Or Wild West style tie them to a train track? Could put more people on the track as well.

We could inflict some of Welshies late night postings on the victim. They'd die laughing.
