Second letter is an ‘i’ though?
Bicycle wash?!
Big ball wash?
What’s the small writing on the right hand side? Any clues?
Fair points. Bicycle wash?!

Apologies for PH images turning it sideways, but if you click to enlarge image you can read it as per the screenshot of th bottom right.
Never even heard of bio filter wash. Googled it, we have no evidence of a pond or fish, other than a bit of black sheet that could be pond liner also in the garage. Might even be from their previous house 40 years ago?
I can half imagine him to have been a fish type, into his cars and the like, and then they moved here with young ish children, might have put a stop to it.

LPL (bottom left on the label) could be Liquid Plastics Limited, now part of Sika. They do a product called Biowash for the treatment of flat roofs to prevent microbe growth.
Sika Biowash MSDS
Perhaps there used to be another word in the name, as the 'Bi' and the 'Wash' seem along way apart.
