Ford S Max / Galaxy fuse question

Daft question but how do these little plastic screws come out?

2010. Smax central fuse box.

Photo offending little bd screws won’t come out!

Are they not just the mountings for the trim piece that covers. Long time since I had one down and your picture isn’t gray but do you not just ease the metal brackets forward and the fuse box swings down?
