Those rock and roll beds......
Discussion
Having just slept in a brand new T6 Jöbl conversion for 5 nights last week I found the bed rock hard and went without sleeping much at all!
It didn’t bother my partner as much. That was with the supplied mattress from the lift-roof bed used on top of the rock & roll bed. With a decently thick mattress topper the situation would definitely be improved.
I think the bed was 2m in length so most of the time with my head touching the rear door my feet were hanging out of the bed, not ideal on the cold nights in the Highlands when we were there. I wasn’t keen on having the Webasto heater on all night, even though the van had a Kidde CO & Gas alarm as well as a smoke alarm. Are Webastos meant for all-night use?

The webasto diesel heater is fine for overnight use, they're perfectly safe and should not vent any fumes into the habitation area. No different to using a gas powered heater overnight in a caravan. It didn’t bother my partner as much. That was with the supplied mattress from the lift-roof bed used on top of the rock & roll bed.
