Seriously though, as mentioned, the yellow ones are better.
Or more specifically i didn't notice the headaches as much, compared to the blue pills.

I was having issues with my last girlfriend.
Years of a loveless marriage then separated with the longest dry spell in history, probably hadn't helped.
We were OK maybe 50% of the time but it was knocking my confidence and making me worried about having sex.
Got the blue pills from my doc and it turned me into some sort of porn stud. Problem now was I could keep going for ever and she was getting tired lol.
Halving the pills helped. Started using them less and less.
Also low dose meant less side effects.

"Viagra" is a trade name, of the medicine, "Sildenafil". Think "Dyson" versus "vacuum cleaner", and remember the analogy carries to the price, but not the product itself which is chemically identical. Colour is largely an irrelevance, some brands will have a colour, most generics are just white to save costs.

I'm on beta blockers plus some other meds for high blood pressure. TBH, I don't have erection issues but tried Viagra anyway while away from home and found they gave me a harder erection for longer and a headache afterwards but that was no big deal. The point is, though, that you need to be in the mood, turned on or whatever. Being offered a BJ by a dull forty year old with saggy tits and a fat arse may prove too big an obstacle for the brain to get over.

Get your heart checked, including someone listening with a stephascope.
My issue did not show on an ECG.

At least she still offers you a BJ. Mine stopped that years ago. To be fair, I’d guess that analogy works both ways too.
