OK a cross post is where a member posts the same content on different threads/forums.

It called cross posting and breaches the rule of posting No.14

which states:-

Cross posting across multiple forums is not allowed without prior permission/consent.

It was actually not an identical post at all. The general message was very similar, but the context and what I was saying/asking was very different.


So it was not a spam post.

Secondly, may I suggest a hypercars section? Those sections exist on various other sites (eg Ferrari, McLaren forums).
