Bike parking at Stansted.

I’m sure its been covered but just wondered if there’s any up-to-date info on bike parking at Stansted? I’ve looked at the Stansted website, which advises me to phone to book a slot. They quoted £45 to park. Other bike forums advise me to just ride round the barriers.
