Creating a second (local) office address.

An established client would like to use us for further works in a neighbouring city. However due to a new framework they are required to tender from local companies so have asked if we can create a local office.

Is this kind of thing common and is there a simple way of doing this, possibly through a mailing address or similar?

Want to stay compliant and if the work is plentiful then obviously opening a small unmanned office is the way forward but to start with......?

Any ideas or advice appreciated.

Plenty of places offer virtual offices.
Just google 'virtual office (location)' and I'm sure you'll find loads of them. Will likely cost about £50 a month for non London location
