Get them to bring their own. Pretty much any airline (including the likes of RyanAir) will carry these for free.

Given how safety critical these things are, I cant see any company wanting to rent them out.

If you've ever worked in the car industry you'll know the blanket rule is

"Do not touch them. And if you do, leave them upside down so its obvious they have been removed. Do not attempt to refit them, that's on the parents."
