The last of the Vantage V12s to be built?
Discussion
As you may or may not be aware today is the centenary of Zagato
And they’ve just announced they will be building (or rather Aston Martin and a German racing outfit) will be building 19 Vantage V12 Speedsters and 19 Vantage V12 Coupes
More details under the press section at www.zagato.it
The Speedster in particular looks lovely. No price announced but unless you’ve won the lottery....
Surely that’s the last of the Vantage to be built (and the last of the N/A V12?)

Looks stunning
from what little info is out on the web, they are being sold in pairs and made under licence - not sure if based on the original (pre-S) V12V or current V12S - article is a tad vague

I wonder if the total number (19x2 = 38) is connected to the 101 limit of the original, when just over 60 were made, so keeping to the limit overall ?

You may be right there Jonby. I had it in my head that there were 63 or so of the original?from what little info is out on the web, they are being sold in pairs and made under licence - not sure if based on the original (pre-S) V12V or current V12S - article is a tad vague

But equally that might be a co-incidence as it could also be 19+19 (they’re centenary models after all).
A little confusing.
From what information I can see (not much), this seems to be an unusual arrangement, whereby this is not a model launch by Aston Martin themselves. Is that correct?
Whether these cars count as an official factory Vantage Limited Edition, I don't know.
The last model built by Aston of course being the V12 Vantage V600.

I guess if you need to ask the price then you can’t afford it
