Remortgage of foreign BTL

As title, due to personal reasons I'm looking at the possibility of remortgaging my overseas (Florida) property to release some equity, current LTV on it is 30-33% (depending on exchange rate) and with the equity release the LTV will be approx 45%.
Anyone recommend anyone/company that is likely to help? I will be speaking with the current mortgage lender but incase they say no I can look elsewhere.
