Finding out who owns lease etc

[Yell_M3]

There's a space which used to be a nightclub / pub under a set of flats near me that's laid dormant for a few years now. I'd be interested in opeing it up as a pool / snooker room if permitted but can't find out who to contact etc. What's the best way of sourcing this information?

Have you tried to get a copy of Title from Land Registry?

Try Nimbus Maps, they have a cool interactive map tool very useful for finding names of landlords, it's mostly free of charge too.
