Reporting a misconduct / CFA member

Hello everyone,
Quick summary, can you report a CFA member due to their professional behaviour against a customer that they are dealing with?
I've explained this on another topic. There is a dispute between a private medical practice about an online review. The practice's finance person (so to speak, he claims), keep emailing the patient (customer?), to remove the review or they would seek legal action. The emails are quite aggressive and bullying tone. The finance person in question is a CFA chartered member, and I wonder if this behaviour can be categorized as misconduct due to un-professional behaviour / manner.
The medical practice in question already been complained to relevant bodies.

I’m not sure why a CFA would be working for a private medical practice tbh.
Anyway the CFA has a code of ethics. I would be stunned if it included any clauses relating to online reviews, however it does include stuff about duties to clients and employers.

Potentially your grievance might fall within that category. As a first step I would look at the PMP’s own complaints process, and then take it further if they don’t resolve to your satisfaction.
