The Engineer's Answers
Discussion
Hi All
Don't know if you saw this in the Sunday Times today included in the answers to readers' problems.
"My experience is that engineers see life as a series of engineering problems and find the answers in four maxims:
1. Get it rebored and it'll be fine.
2. Don't force it or you'll strip the threads.
3. Take it any wider and she'll blow.
4. Probably, but you can dry your boots on the cylinder head afterwards."
We can all learn from those I think.
Cheers
Ian
