Adwords question

I am getting this showing on a lot of my keywords when I hover over "status".

The status is set to eligible but I get the following if I hold over

This keyword is eligible to run ads
Ad showing in search results?
error
An ad isn’t showing now
This candidate is not triggering ads to appear on Google at the moment due to a low Ad Rank. Ads are ranked based on your bid and Quality Score. Learn more
Your ad is probably being shown at times, but was not shown for this particular diagnosis.

Can anyone advise?

It sounds like a quality score issue.

So... in a campaign I have 5 ads.

1 out of 5 was showing.

So I picked one that was not showing, and edited the ad, added line 2 and 3 and changed the landing page.

Its now showing as showing.

However the one that was showing before.... is not showing now, coming up with the same error.

How can that be?
