Petrol is good for us if it’s not terrible on MPG

Currently using a big diesel and even that gives is 55 mpg on a long run .

Any clue which is the better box ? I like manuals as I feels more awake when driving . Not had a Auto for 20 years 😂

With the petrol on a long run you be around a real world 40mpg, I have to say that the 1.6hdi engine doesn't have the best reputation for reliability unlike the bigger 2.0hdi this unit can suffer some catastrophic failures, for that reason alone I'd buy the petrol if you want a diesel I'd actually go for the 3008 you can get the much more reliable 2.0hdi engine & you don't really sacrifice that much space.
