Rav4 Hybrid Lease

I'm just about to sign up to a lease on one of these. But I'm wondering whether to go for the maintenance package too. It works out at an extra £28p/m for the 4 years – £1344 for the duration of the lease. I calculated the maintenance costs to be:

4 services at c.£250ea
1 MOT at c.£54
8 tyres at c.£120ea

Total c.£2014 saving a few quid overall.

Anyone else opt for maintenance?

Seems quite good value , if it includes tyres .
I would go with for it for £28.00 per month extra.
