hi, ive recently got interested in civics and would like one for my first car if possible. My mum used to have a 5 door and it was pretty reliable, but i cant get anywhere which gives a sensible online quote for insuance. Most seem to be 1.5 litres and the coupé looks tempting

, but would the insuance increase because its a coupé??
Would anyone know approx how much it would cost me (will be 18 when buying a car) to insure such a car/ insuance group??
help appreciated, thanks!

Try www.parkers.co.uk
The 90's 'tamed' civic hatchback is around grp 10 thru to civic R @ grp16,iirc.
At 18 your insurers will handing round the vaseline on any performance/hot hatch

Speaking of vaseline the 'best' quote I've had for the '33 this year falls just short of a grand, anyone else's gone up stoopidly?
