Protech shockers
Discussion
Fitting protech shockers on my 92 Griff , as starting point how many clicks on adjustment knobs going from zero also spring height my old shockers had non adjustable bases . Wheel sizes 15" front, rear 16" fully polybushed I can already hear the voices saying I ruined the ride but Oulton Park is only down the road so will do some track days

Your car, your choice what you do with it. I take mine on track days too. Humongous fun, always improved by having a few friends along. Oulton is on my 2019 hit list. Have you booked the TVRCC track day on 24th May?
You will need to experiment with settings for soft/hard, and I have not had dampers with two adjusters. Someone will come along with specific advice. On my Racing Reds, it’s 38 clicks from duvet to granite. On the road I run the car about 20% up (8 clicks) from duvet. On track about 20% down from granite, though I have run the rears a lot softer around Snetterton to avoid the rear end hopping around the hairpin bend.
Ride height. You need to adjust the rings to get the height correct. Rears first, set the rings so that the lower wishbones are parallel to the ground. Then set the fronts so that inner lower wishbones are about 20 mm lower than the front. Don’t go too low....you will end up compromising the ride and clanging the rear antiroll bar on every B road bump

I see you have dual adjustable dampers. Joolz has experience and sells these so it may be worth contacting him for a bass set up. You may even have bought these from him.
I liked Joolz demonstratioon jig of the dual adjuster, with the bounce/rebound settings!
