They're good reliable cars you should be able to land a sensible mileage example for that budget.

I’m buying it off a private seller, never done that before so I hope the motor is good and doesn’t break after a week lol
Just had a quick look, and it is the facelift model.
Pre-facelift 325is had a 2.5 litre N52 engine, facelifts use a 3 litre N53 engine although both produce the same power. But the newer engine has lower emissions, so cheaper road tax.
However it does seem to suffer from a few more issues like coking up, injectors and High Pressure Fuel Pumps failing.
Which is why my E91 325i and the E90 330i that just replaced it were both pre-facelifts!

There is nothing to worry about on the 3.0 325i.There was a problem with early 330 N53 330i the ones with 269 bhp, this is long since resolved (quite a few had injectors replaced under warranty).
I used to sell these used and have sold lots of E90 series 6 cylinder models there is no particular thing to worry about on the 325i 3.0.
Also worth mentioning on the later 325i/125i you can safely add Evolve remap via the ODB and it puts it straight back to 330/130i power levels. I think your car is slightly too old for that and would need different remap (ECU out). Worth looking into as you go from 215 to 265, no other mods required and no stress to the engine as its just a detuned 330 to allow BMW to create an extra model in the range when new.
