Evening guys,

I have a 2000 mile road trip planned in July and I am thinking of doing something a bit crazy. I am thinking of stickering the car up with Gulf vinyl like in the photo below. I love the look of it!

I am based in North Yorkshire and wondered if anyone knew anywhere decent where I could get this done. Also, I presume you can just remove with no damage to the paintwork at any time in the future?

I had mine done a couple of years ago for a bit of fun but have kept it on as the base white car looks a bit bland after a while.

Looks great. Where did you get it done at?

It will cost plenty and won't give the same protection as PPF if that's also your hope. It looks fantastic. I'd leave it on.

I had it fully PPF’ed over the Martini foil so no edges. Done by Gurcharn at Elite detailing. It’s more than 3 years since the application and 10.000 km and no visible wear.

There’s a guy who had a Gulfed up Aston and knocks around York.

Fairly sure he’s a member of Yorkshire Supercar Owners Club, who are on FB, he should be able to give you a steer I’d imagine?

It depends on how much you want to spend (as with everything in life).

A full covering could be relatively expensive.

A few years ago I did this, it cost me about £50 for the vinyl and a few hours cutting and applying.

Afterwards, it took 40 minutes to remove them and then another hour clay barring the car to clear it of all and any residue.

Good luck with whatever you do.

OP apparently we have the ‘world champion wrapper’ local in Middlesbrough
A mate had some work done through him recently and couldn’t recommend him enough.
Reasonable too

Sounds good! do you have any details for them?

I have come across two companies in leeds:

https://www.thevehiclewrappingcentre.com/ £665 + VAT

https://reforma-uk.com/ £950 - £1200 + VAT

Anyone heard of these or used them?

Goog - I’m asking for you
It was a friend who used the guy to repair some trim bits that were wrapped in his F-type

Pretty sure Ade, the owner is a member on here. They've got a great rep and their work is superb.
