YouTube videos not going full screen

Anyone got this issue. Me and a couple of others have. When launching a YouTube vid from anywhere in the site on any idevice the vid refuses to go full screen even after pressing the button.

Fine everywhere else and strange because it is launching the app.

Is PH sending the right info across?

Hi Davie,

It seems to be working okay for me - I'm macOS* on Chrome. What operating system and browser are you using please?

If anyone else is experiencing this problem, please can you post here!

'Old' Ipad here running version 10.3.3 and not having any issues with PH/Youtube.

I find that youtube links from FB give me issues though.

I have the same issue on my ipad using Safari and the latest ios.
I also have the same issue if I open up youtube videos from some other websites though so it is not just PH.

Once Youtube has been opened via a link from a website I sometimes find I cannot get any videos to go full screen. I have to shut the Youtube app down and restart it. Only noticed this on my ipad, not experienced it on my android phone or windows laptop.

Yeah, sorry i think i've jumped the gun. I had the same issue launching a video from FaceBook.

I get the same issue on IOS 12 on the latest iPad, I don't think it's specifically PH - but definately happens when launching from PH and requires a hard reset of the iPad then zapping YouTube to correct.
