Travelling to Fairford for RIAT
Discussion
Good morning everyone,
I'm after advice on the best way to get the RIAT. Its been a few years since I have been and have always driven in the past. I want to visit again, but don't fancy the queue to get in the car park this time.
At the moment I'm thinking about using the bus service from Swindon, but could do the park and ride from Cheltenham. It doesn't show whether the the park and ride is sold out or not.
I'm interested in how busy the bus service from Swindon usually is and would it be long queues in the bus station rather than long queues in the car? And if it is still available, is the park and ride a better option?
Thanks

In the past tickets were sold as bundles (i.e. admission and park and ride = £XX). Now they're not, you build them up starting with an admission ticket and then adding upgrades like enclosure entry, or in this case bus travel. I'm after advice on the best way to get the RIAT. So in this case you can buy a Friday at Super Earlybird price, Saturday ticket at full price, or Sunday at the Earlybird price, and add a shuttle bus.
