Anybody using Ebay bought DS-150e or Snooper ?

Just thinking about investing in a diagnostics interface from ebay...either the Wurth wow Snooper or Delphi DS-150e clone. Does anybody have experience of these ? Are they simple to install on a laptop, are there any particular problems, do they work well and is there anything to avoid ?
Any advice gratefully received.

I've had the Delphi DS-150e for around 6 years now, quite good value.

Ive used delphi for a few years and it used to work well but it recently stopped communicating with the car which is not uncommon.
I found it a complete nightmare to set up, not as simple as running an install cd.
Some sellers will remote install for you which may help.
