So, the old girl had her MOT this morning :wallet_twitching_nervously:

I really didn't know how it was going to pan out - I've had cars which I thought should have breezed the test but failed miserably and I've had some real grot boxes which have sailed through. Because of this, I did no pre-MOT checks to the S at all - just put her in the hands of the tester and prepared for the worst.

The garage has just phoned - she failed on the rear number plate bulb and one headlight which was out of alignment :bounce: :bounce: Result !

And breathe...and relax :D

Good news on the MOT Neil. It's funny though how the headlamps can be mis-aligned when you haven't touched them from one year to the next.

Maybe it's time to start thinking of another local run...

That'll be the one of the characteristics of TVR ownership then !

Andrew/Neil,
It's always fascinated me how those headlights wander all by themselves. However, <touching wood> I've never had any light comments on my ol' gal.

A run would be good.

Are you guys booked up for SCH3? If you're interested in raffle tickets - I have some?? I am going, but will not get there until Sunday morning, but if you fancy a bit of a convoy on the way back home, that would be good.
Nick.

I was going to post a new thread nearer the time and see if we can't get south coast convoys planned for those wishing to travel up on either the Saturday or the Sunday. Watch this space
