Anyone make carpet or car mats ?

Got a project that needs carpet in a set shape with holes pre cut by machine.

Try a carpet whipping company - they make carpets from templates or old mats for motor homes and caravans.

Several others are about.

If they are too expensive a regular carpet company can often do it with off cuts.

Thanks for that really appreciated. Will need about 500 edge bound with holes cut in - any recommendations?

I used a company in Derbyshire I think it was about 5 years ago to make a full set of motorhome mats cab and hab and they turned it round within about 10 days. Sent the paper templates to them and details of which carpet and whipping etc I wanted was cheap and good quality. Let me have a look back over my emails.

Was very happy with their service. I just bought some proper taylors paper off ebay and cut it out and labelled up where I wanted press studs etc.
