Bikesure - Making a claim

Has anybody had to make a claim with Bikesure?

I know they are an arm of Adrian Flux who have a less than positive review in the car world when it comes to claims and I wondered if Bikesure were any different?

I know.

Totally goes against the whole ethos of the original founders of trade guilds (and indeed King Hammurabi) who only intended to help each other out in times of need.

But then, hey, that's capitalism for you; everyone wants to make a profit out of someone else...!
