Sinnis Apache rev counter lazy,max 45mph,weak spark

Hi can anyone give me advice.2016 Sinnis Apache 125, used to do 70mph wen new.Suddenly started going slower and i noticed rev counter wasnt working unless i gave it high revs and it slowly starts to respond.Iv renewed cdi,coil,spark plug,upgraded to 150cc and it still the same.Manaul says spark should be blue but mines orangey.Iv checked wiring harness and battery is charging .Iv just orderd a diode but i doubt its that either.Only other thing i havnt looked at is the pick up coil sensor but can that cause a weak spark?
