Wonder if the new EU GPS speed limiter applies to a DB4/2 on the Hangar Straight?

He's quite a serious petrolhead. I've raced against him (he was driving a Porsche then).

He's also had a couple of spectacular crashes on public roads.

He was one of Belgium's better Prime Ministers in recent times, seems to have gone a bit loopy since he moved over to the EU.
