Screen Saver Software

Last I checked, there were plenty of products on the market. Has anyone ever made their own screen savers, and can anyone recommend a product in particular as being the best (for commercial use - want to avoid the cheap/crappier software but dont know where to start or what is best)

The only screen savers I've ever written have been coded from scratch myself. I know there's a lot of flash movie screen savers so perhaps there's a place to start...

I've used Axialis to make ss's before. Pretty good, feature rich, allows multiple formats, mp3 sounds, and you can create a exe file and include a licence/

For sure, but there were half a dozen programs on the market which let you export flash into the screen saver... we did the research, chose one, didnt buy it, lost the resarch and now are not sure which one to buy

Its not that hard writing a Screen Saver from scratch anyway...done it myself a couple of times. There are plenty of versions out there on the net you can download as a starting point...

This lot do nice, inexpensive stuff, and they're a British Co! (IIRC), I have used it for client work.

I have no connection with them whatsoever, just found their stuff easy to use.
