Specialists on my Dorset doorstep.

I live in Blandford Forum in Dorset and there are various BMW specialists 15/20 miles from me in Poole, Bournemouth and Salisbury but I've never used them. I've tended to take my various e36s to a local general garage, walking distance from home, and leave a copy of Haynes on the passenger seat and pop in a few times to see if all is going ok. They are not an mot centre though so I drive a mile out of town to Charlton Marshall Garage and MOT Centre.
I hadn't been since last August though but called in today as I was passing to book my recently acquired e39 in for an mot. What a surprise. New staff and new business. Outside was an e34 Alpina, a Jeep Wrangler with nitrous, a Porsche 911 and 924 and inside were three Land Rover Defenders and a customised VW camper. They tell me that they have various Alpinas and M cars brought in as one of the guys worked in the London area and brought his old customers with him. Very friendly guys and they've got my business.
