I took up the offer of a complimentary look over of my newly acquired DB7 and I’ve been advised to source a full set of wheel nuts as when they removed one wheel the nuts were distorted and wouldn’t go back on. They replaced them FOC but today whilst swapping out a duff tyre I found they’ve only put two new ones on!
For the life of me I can’t find what spec I need, it sounds like 1/2” UNF and flat washered not tapered. Please can you help? On factory 18” alloys btw..

Hi Highspeed125, congrats on getting your DB7. As a 1995, it is obviously quite an early one, any pictures?
Do you know about the 25 year celebration planned for Sept1 this year? Trying to get as many DB7 s together as possible.
Cheers, David

Thanks, I call it a ‘95 but it’s registered 01/96. Non airbag model, auto, 64k miles, last owner was 10 years.
Several wear and tear items to attend to but the HR Owen check was overall quite positive.
I’m aware (now!) of upcoming events, I drive (my train) past the site of TWRE most days as I work out of Oxford, so close to Bloxham too. I’ve several VW camper events - only a T4 - booked up over the summer so I’ll have to check the diary.

I love my DB7, all the Aston but just Jag bills....!

I’ve treated the DB to a TWR number plate too, couldn’t afford an AML one :-)

Great car, well done. I have had mine now for nearly 23 years and it will never be sold. You are right about the Jag parts, always best to check first before going to an AM source, I should know to my embarrassment I’ve been caught out once or twice.
Enjoy and hope to see you at the 25th bash .

Treated myself and the car to a number. Was going to upgrade the stereo but I decided not to mess too much with the wiring, whilst I still have a dodgy immobiliser! A little nod to Uncle Tom if you will..
