I have a knocking on the front off side of my 5008 when turning right over bumps but not on the straight. I have checked drop links, track rod end and ball joint all are tight.
I put wheel back on and grabbed at 9 and 3, there is movement and it looks like wheel and disc move but not the brake caliper, could this be the wheel bearing?

Relative movement between disc and caliper? I'd say either bearing or the wheel nuts aren't tight.

Thanks, the nut is real tight as I had thought it might nip up a bit. Not had any noise from the bearing though other than the knocking!

Sounds like play in the wheel hub to me

Jack the wheel up. With engine off get someone to apply the brake whilst you rock the wheel with the 12 & 6 grip.
If the play disappears it's bearing wear & the bearing needs replacing.
I believe the wheel bearing on these is double row ball bearing. Not adjustable.

Other cause of clicking on fwd vehicles includes shaft cv joint.

So have you tried the ones on the wheel as suggested then?

I will try with the brake applied tonight, but last night when I had the wheel off the floor I only noticed movement at 9-3 not at 12-6 which is what threw me a bit ??

You could be fooling yourself about the brake calipers. I don't recall ever having a wheel bearing producing bump knock without also producing lots of other symptoms. But there are plenty of joints in the steering and suspension which will cause exactly that type of knocking. If you feel play at 3/9 but not 12/6, that suggests you're looking for play in the steering.

Are the tyres good? I know it sounds obvious, but I had a problem a few years ago of a strange knocking sound. I thought the tyres were fine but one of them was badly worn and causing a knocking sound every time I went round a bend.

I thought that, I was totally expecting a faulty ball joint or drop link !

Front tyres are worn and booked in for replacement tomorrow, but not really uneven wear.

Okay, update !!
Got wheel off floor 9/3 movement 6/9 solid !
Put my hand between wheel and caliper and they move together, so got my hand on lower ball joint while father in law moved wheel, definitely movement in lower ball joint !!

I assume you meant 6/12 solid, not 6/9 solid?

6/12 movement is wheel bearing wear, 3/9 movement is suspension wear.

Its always worth checking the bolts attaching the caliper to the suspension leg are at the correct torque. I've had them come loose before.
