CBD E-Liquid Query

I'm sure there's probably a better forum to post this question in so please divert me if so...
Basically, I've been looking in to CBD oil, more specifically CBD E-Liquid as I already use an E-cig...

Just wondering if it would work with my current e-cig set up, I use these 'blanks': https://www.buyv2cigs.co.uk/v2-ex-blanks-3-pack/ and the current E-Liquid I use has to be 50:50 PG/VG ratio for it to work well. The Provocan CBD E-Liquid is 80:20, so if I mixed it would it be okay you reckon? And if so, would it even be worthwhile if it's so diluted?
I know I'd probably be better off just taking the oral drops but the E-Liquid appeals...
