Very quiet from PH Towers this year. Just over 3 weeks to go and the SS List still says TBC

So, are PH holding a SS at the CBW or indeed anywhere else at LeMans this year?

Given PH don’t seem to want to announce a schedule for the Sunday Services this year, it could be lastminute.com with them. Perhaps us discussing it might provoke a response?! If PH don’t do the CBW, I think we might find somewhere else to be.

What prompted me to post is that they announced last Friday that a SS will be happening in Norfolk on the 16th, two days AFTER this one was supposed to happen. My thoughts are that they will not want to be in 2 places at once, so the LeMans meet would appear to have been sacrificed. The lack of response so far from PH is not encouraging....

PH will definitely have a “presence” at LM19 as this was something that Sam told me when I was at the Aston PHSS though I’m guessing it might be a smaller group & perhaps they won’t do the CBW this year as you say.

Did it add much to CBW anyway?

An allocated area on the top field but not a lot else?

Hello everyone,

As far as the CBW are aware, and talking to PH direct, we have reserved you the normal space at the top of the site (weather permitting) and it's ALL SYSTEMS GO from our side.
I will drop a note to PH to ensure it's all OK, but we are hoping you all come, obviously, as you have for many years to support this event.
The theme this year is MORGAN, and we have some great road and Le Mans race cars from the Factory, and even some three wheelers from the 1930s and 1950s.
Please visit our NEW WEBSITE for more details www.classicbw.org and we have a few places left in the Cavalcade for Morgans.
Hope to see you there with your great cars, and for those who don't have a Sports or Classic car, we have again have a FREE Park & Ride just before the village of St Saturnin .. . there will be signs and a map asap on our website.
Regards

Hi Dave
I'm hoping to come back this year.
I still remember the Lunch I had with you all a few years ago (Beermountain Auction lot)
If OK, I will share your poster on the sites I manage?

thanks

Chris
