Walbro GSS342 fuel pump pickup extension – UK options?

Hi all,

I am fitting a Walbro GSS342 pump to my car, but will need to extend the pickup as the supplied filter sock is perpendicular to the bottom of the tank, vs. the OEM one that is at an angle and has further reach.

I found this kit in Australia which looks perfect, but for the fact that it’s all the way in Australia and won’t arrive in time for my appointment with the mechanic.

Does anyone know of any UK suppliers who have / could make up the same sort of kit for me?

Did the pump come with the filter sock? Sounds fairly straight-forward to make a kit for this.

Yes it did... just need the parts to extend the pickup.

Surely its just a bif of rubber pipe.

Fairly certain it’s not just a length of hose, else that kit I listed in the first post wouldn’t have all the various adaptors, clamps and screws?
