4.0 AJ6 racer oil type

Evening all, anyone got any finger in the air suggestions for what grade of oil to use in a 4.0 AJ6 in an XJ40 race car? Usage being three or four hard runs of a weekend, lay up periods in between and little in the way of mechanical sympathy!
