I have hear that the hinges can be quite fiddly to adjust, also it's recommended that you chop up/bend a ring spanner to get at the nuts and bolts.

You never know you could become the expert on this!

Up and down on the vertical rod / nuts

Left and right on the bolts that attach to the A pillar

Yours looks a bit low so needs raising up then angling for the door slam

Hi,so to raise the door first -I take it the brackets that attach the door to the A post sit atop and below the 2 plastic top hat bushes -so to raise I must add a spacer to the bottom bush and remove some plastic from the top bush?i take it it cannot be adjusted just on the top/bottom nuts? Thanks dave

This is a fiddly time consuming job but its doable and from the pictures i would say you can get a better fit that you currently have so go for it.

The rod just slides in the hole and is positioned by how far the nuts are on the threaded ends so to speak. Twiddle your nuts to lift / lower
