Zagato shooting brake spotted!
Discussion
Yesterday, M25, early afternoon. Anti clockwise Leatherhead to the A3. Green, marked up with 811 race numbers, two driver names plus union jacks on the wings, some sponsorship decals (incl Chopard) across the back.
This car, to be precise.

Anyone know why it is liveried up?
It looked absolutely magnificent in the flesh, btw. Sleek, powerful, menancing.

Owner is on here I believe, but doesn’t post often. Car finished 4th in class. Great to see it being used in anger!
Paul also has a very very nice Supercharged GT8 which features in the YouTube video (posted in the Aston Martin/YouTube thread - trip to Prodrive one)

Bravo to the owner.
If I was Aston and I was selling Zagato's I'd try to arrange a gentlemen's agreement to a yearly 'minimum mileage', say 1500 miles a year, so after three years every Zagato would have at least 4500 miles on it, then mileage depreciation wouldn't be a thing because they'd all be on similar mileage and they'd all have got to enjoy their cars.

I went to Brescia and saw the Mille Miglia. I think the side show of other modern cars trying to catch a bit of the limelight of the original event is rather naff. Why would you want to drive around in 600PS supercars alongside a classic car rallye which is limited to pre 1956 cars in memory of the original event.

I don’t know - why would you want to spend a few days driving a supercar around Italy in the Summer surrounded by fantastic scenery, beautiful cars (classic and modern) and adoring crowds? I mean being allowed to drive across the Piazza del Campo in Sienna makes me positively shudder with the horror of it!I know i’d much rather be at my desk working away
