Faulty tyre compressor
I decided today to check the tyre compressor on my 992 in preparation for the R14 Irish tour next week.
When I plugged it in to the footwell 12V socket, it blew a 20A fuse. I am glad I checked it, otherwise I would have carrying a faulty compressor which would have been no good in an emergency.
I took it back to the PC and they exchange it for a good one.
It might be worth for you owners to check your compressors out just in case the same.
