Getting custom jewellery made?

For reasons I won't bore you with, I'm after getting a piece of jewellery made. What I'd like is a lady's bracelet that depicts a watch face with no hands or numbers, just the markers.

Any suggestions for a company, business or web site that undertakes such things?

if you want it made from silver - I highly recommend In The Silver Room, based in Newcaslte (inside the Biscuit Factory) - she has made a handful of pieces for my wife over the past 2-3years and its very good and very reasonable. She works predominantly in Silver though.

Visit the jewelry quarter in Birmingham, there are loads of small jewelers who will make bespoke stuff
